Position: Registered Manager

Location: Slough

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Leader Group are thrilled to be working with an ambitious organisation launching their very first children's residential home and seeking a highly motivated Registered Manager to spearhead this exciting new venture.

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a children's residential care setting.

- At least 12 months of experience as a registered manager with Ofsted registration.

- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

- Strong leadership and management capabilities.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining exceptional standards.

- Successfully achieve Ofsted registration.

- Ensure strict compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

- Support the professional development of team members in safeguarding practices.

- Maintain high performance and operational standards within the care home.

- Lead, inspire, and motivate staff, encouraging career growth and skill development.

- Represent the care home professionally in all external interactions.

- Manage budgets effectively, meeting or exceeding financial targets.

- Foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.

- Introduce innovative ideas and celebrate successes within the organisation.

Work Schedule:

- 40 hours per week.

- Availability for phone support and additional hours during emergencies or transition periods.
