Our Recruitment Process

Below we have detailed our recruitment and compliance process. Our compliance team will work hard to get your file compliant as soon as possible and keep in regular contact with you to give you updates and to let you know what we need. During the compliance process, your consultant will also be in touch regularly to keep you updated on work opportunities

  • 02

    Application

    Once we have reviewed your CV, you will be sent a link to complete our easy, online application form. We will then arrange a face to face registration.

  • 03

    Document collection

    Once your application form is complete, our compliance team will get in touch to go through your documents, check your file and get you ready for work.

  • 04

    DBS Process

    All our roles will require you to have an enhanced DBS. If you do not already have one on the update service, we will support you with processing a new check.

  • 05

    References & Training

    References will be applied for and training links will be sent to for any relevant courses e.g. Safeguarding.

  • 06

    Final Checks & Welcome!

    Once you're cleared to work, your dedicated consultant will discuss next steps, including placement start date.
