Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28,900 - £29,900 per annum (including on-call allowance)
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Additional Pay: £62.64 per sleep-in, plus £30.00 per on-call night
Leader Health and Social Care are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Service Manager to lead and develop a Supported Accommodation service.

About the Role:
As the Service Manager, you will:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff rotas, supervision, and ensuring smooth functioning across the region.
- Support Teams: Guide and support a team of Support Workers, offering expert advice and mentorship.
- Empower Young People: Work closely with young people aged 16-21, helping them transition to adulthood, secure housing, and promote social inclusion.
- Operational Involvement: Participate in the rota to deliver direct support and assist the Regional Manager, stepping in when needed.
- Ensure Quality: Deliver services in line with government guidelines and company standards.
- Travel Required: This is a community-based role with significant driving. A mileage allowance is provided.
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Childcare (or above): This qualification is mandatory. Applications without this will not progress.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a supported accommodation service or a similar setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Access to a vehicle is essential.
