Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Wisbech
Salary: £45,000 (OTE £54,450)
Bonuses: £5,000 Welcome Bonus + up to 21% performance bonus
Annual Leave: 32 days (including Bank Holidays)

What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional care and positive outcomes for children.
  • Mentor and motivate your team to create a nurturing, therapeutic home.
  • Manage budgets, service development, and compliance with Ofsted standards and legislation (e.g., The Children Act 1989).
  • Collaborate with professionals to deliver personalised care.
What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (working towards or completed).
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and budget management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for on-call duties.
