Location: Barking
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Are you a passionate and experienced OFSTED Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new EBD children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team to provide outstanding care.
Implement and maintain policies that promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
Ensure the home achieves Good or Outstanding OFSTED ratings.
Manage budgets, recruitment, and training to uphold high standards.

Requirements:

• Must hold or be willing to apply for OFSTED registration.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Strong background in EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) settings.
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home.
• Passionate about making a difference in young people's lives.
