Registered Manager - Outstanding Children's Home
Location: Camden, London
Salary: £47,958.75 (OTE up to £63,158.75 with bonuses)
Hours: 40 hours/week (flexible rota)

Step into a leadership role with an Outstanding/Good Ofsted-rated provider! We're recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of our client to run a 6-bed children's home in Camden. If you have 2-3 years' management experience and a drive to support children aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), this is your chance to make a difference.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the home's operations-delivering high-quality care, strategic planning, and daily management.
  • Mentor staff to provide tailored support for young people with EBD.
  • Partner with agencies and professionals to maintain top-tier standards.
  • Design rotas (including evenings/weekends) to ensure round-the-clock excellence.
Who You Are:
  • A proven manager (Deputy or Registered) with 2-3 years' experience in children's homes.
  • Skilled at supporting kids with emotional and behavioural challenges.
  • Qualified with NVQ Level 5 in Management (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children.
  • A confident leader with strong communication skills and expertise in the Children's Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, and safeguarding.
What You'll Get:
  • Base salary of £47,958.75, plus £5,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted report or £2,500 for Good.
